Shipping Procedure
Most of my business comes from
the internet and watches are sent to me by mail. I always recommend US Mail Registered Insured for shipping watches.
Your watch will travel securely under lock and I will have to sign for it when I pick it up at the Post Office.
Place your watch in a plastic bag or an envelope surrounded by bubble-wrap
or other packing material. On a piece of paper write down your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and a brief
description of a particular problem you may have with your watch, if any, or a particular request such as a new crystal, winding
crown, hands or bezel insert. Indicate also the value of your watch for proper insurance for the return of your watch.
Place your wrapped watch in a sturdy box. For Registered Insured the box needs to be taped with paper tape
(no plastic tape, no label), the address needs to be written on the paper tape).
Send your package to:
Dominique Wieland
PO Box 403
Spring Lake, MI 49456
When I receive your watch I will
e-mail you right away to let you know it arrived safely. A final estimate will be e-mailed two to three days later. An invoice
will be e-mailed when the repair is completed. The turn around time may vary but is usually between three and four weeks after
acceptation of the final estimate.
