Got the watch back a few minutes ago, thanks very much. It looks better than it did when new almost twenty five years ago, you are a master! Picked up my watch yesterday and want to thank you for the superb job you did. It looks amazing and runs well, and am very glad to have it back.

By the way, from one European (originally from the Netherlands, but have been here almost 30 years) to another, the way you handle your business being meticulous, prompt and very professional pertaining priceless time-pieces and dealing with customers is what we're used to in the old days. However, very rare to come by today.

It's truly refreshing to discover someone like you with a terrific work ethic and who takes pride in his work.

Dominique:  I received my Rolex this morning.  Wow, you are truly a master watchmaker.  I have to say, if you ever need a second line of work, you are a shoe-in for wrapping Christmas presents.  I knew by how well the watch was packaged that you are very meticulous with details.  Once I saw the watch my suspicions were confirmed.  It's a brand new watch.  I can tell by the feel of the stem when setting the time it is much tighter than before, yet very smooth to operate.  I had previously noticed some slack in the stem, that is gone. I already have people asking if I purchased a new Rolex.

I like that you include the worn out parts in the package.  It interesting to see what was replaced and it gives me a better appreciation that the work was done thoroughly and correctly.

I promise not to wait 12 years before my next overhaul.  You can be expecting to see referrals from me in the future.

- My 16750 just landed on my desk after a stay at the Wieland spa. She looks great and is running more smoothly than ever. Mr. Wieland was very accessible and was there to answer all my questions.

Dear Dominique:  WOW.....that's what I said when I opened the package.  It's hard to imagine the watch looking better. You have a great reputation so I had high expectations - and you easily exceeded them. 

I wore this watch hard every day for almost 12 years, and it looked it when I sent it to you, now it looks like new!

Many thanks for the wonderful work on Jennifer's Rolex.

The beautiful polishing work on the case, bracelet and clasp, and the beautiful new crystal and crown are evident right away. The new second hand and restored minute and hour hands are superb.The new screw-down crown operates and releases with perfect precision.

The setting function is likewise perfectly precise.
The winding function is smooth as can be, like new.

Certainly nothing moves inside the case as before.

This is just like receiving a new Rolex.  We cannot be happier!

Thank you for including all the old parts such as the mainspring, crystal, crown, stem, tubes, gaskets, wheels, screws, and so on.  And for including the new Rolex parts packaging. We examined all these pieces closely.  You really did a lot of work on this watch!

Many thanks again for all, Dominique.  We will have other watches to send to you for service in the future.

Mr. Wieland:  Received my refurbished watch today and it looks terrific (sounds great too)!

I don't shower with my watch on but I do swim in pools and saltwater (no deep diving).

Today I received back from you my Gents Rolex, Oyster Perpetual Date Just. With a complete overhaul by you, I could not believe it was the same Rolex I sent to you. It is absolutely beautiful and you could not tell it from a brand new Rolex. Your talent, skill and professionalism is unmatched. You exceeded all of my expectations. Thank for an exceptional job.
